In 2026, the dynamics increased again: from January to July, the number of objections rose by 31 percent compared to the same period last year, and the number of lawsuits increased by around 19 percent. In the case of urgent judicial protection, the increase is as much as 125 percent. More urgent proceedings were registered in all 16 federal states, and in twelve countries the number has more than doubled.
