Urgent call for help: Systematic arbitrariness by the authorities, police violence with permanent disability and attempted deportation to cover up crimes

Ladies and Gentlemen

I am turning to you in an existential emergency. I was the victim of severe police violence in Germany and am now experiencing how state structures are trying to cover up the crime by pushing forward my deportation while investigations against the perpetrators are ongoing.

The situation:

I was severely mistreated by police officers in Hilpoltstein for no reason. As a result, I suffered a traumatic brain injury (TBI) and severe, irreversible damage to my right working hand. Since then, I have been severely traumatized physically and mentally and have been considered an invalid.

The Bavarian State Criminal Police Office (LKA), Department SG 132 - Internal Investigations North (Muggenhofer Str. 136, 90429 Nuremberg), is conducting an investigation under file number BY0118-500821-26/3 for bodily harm in office against the officers involved. I am the main witness and the victim in this trial.

The official arbitrariness:

Sabotage of the investigation: The LKA issued me a summons as a witness on July 7th, 2026 (police postmark: June 30th, 2026). However, this summons was only served to me on August 25, 2026 - almost two months after the appointment - either intentionally or due to official blockages. They're trying to eliminate me as a witness.
Cover-up through deportation: The BAMF (ref. in court proceedings: AN 4 K 25.31421 / AN 4 S 25.31420) is now actively trying to enforce my deportation. In a written submission to the Ansbach Administrative Court, the BAMF brazenly claims that the ill-treatment by the German police and the ongoing investigation are “not relevant to the asylum procedure”. An attempt is being made to get me out of the country as quickly as possible as a key witness to the police crime.
Lack of legal protection: A total of 28 lawyers refused to take on my mandate, obviously out of fear of confrontation with state security organs.

I demand publicity, a parliamentary review of this case and support in stopping this illegal deportation, which only serves to protect criminal police officers. I am willing to provide all medical reports, the postmark and the LKA summons.

Please help me make this scandal public.
