Sulla continuità de “La Nemesi”

Come ormai noto ai più, il collettivo Autistici/Inventati è stato inserito nella lista “Specially Designated Global Terrorist” dal governo americano, i cui Dipartimenti di Stato e del Tesoro hanno reso noto il 26 agosto di aver dato avvio al provvedimento e all’operatività delle relative sanzioni. Il 6 settembre, il collettivo che gestiva la piattaforma sulla quale erano ospitati il nostro sito internet, la casella di posta elettronica e quelle di migliaia di altri individui, gruppi e progetti, ha comunicato l’intenzione di smantellare l’intera infrastruttura, invitandoci dunque a evacuare in fretta e furia quanto ancora presente su noblogs.org e su A/I, in ottemperanza a un attacco portato a termine con evidente successo da parte degli USA.

Un tale assalto repressivo e la sua sostanziale accettazione, sia in termini “di movimento” che di politica istituzionale, sono altamente indicativi dei tempi moderni. La dicono lunga sulla sudditanza di alcuni paesi nei confronti di altri, su quanto le decisioni unilaterali di uno Stato possano influire e colpire in maniera così repentina gruppi che si trovano a “operare” in un altro continente (cosa che dovrebbe interessare tutti per varie ragioni che non staremo qui a elencare), sul perimetro delle parziali facoltà di espressione (impropriamente chiamate “libertà”) presenti nelle società occidentali a democrazia avanzata, quindi sui connotati che queste assumono nell’attuale contesto di guerra. La dicono lunga, infine, anche sulla propensione di molteplici componenti antagoniste, al di là della loro più o meno conclamata complementarietà nel contesto istituzionale, ad assumersi potenziali rischi in determinati periodi storici e su quanto certe idee e pratiche siano trasversalmente mal tollerate. La scarsa, o per meglio dire, inesistente volontà di difenderle è anch’essa segno dei tempi e purtroppo non ci stupisce. Anche alla luce di questa vicenda, l’auspicio è quindi che possa prendere avvio una rinnovata riflessione sulle necessità e le condizioni delle nostre pubblicazioni. Ci riferiamo naturalmente alla carta stampata, non tanto ai siti internet come quello cui abbiamo dato inizio quattro anni fa.

Ci limitiamo a quanto detto finora senza dilungarci in disamine verbose riguardanti il contesto sociale e politico attuale. Non scriviamo per elaborare un testo di analisi, ma per mettere al corrente quanti ne siano interessati sul futuro di questo strumento che ci siamo dati quattro anni fa. Lo scopo de “La Nemesi” rimane sempre quello di contribuire alla diffusione di testi riguardanti il conflitto contro lo Stato e il capitale. Il nostro, come scritto tempo addietro, è quindi una sorta di “bollettino” della lotta rivoluzionaria anarchica e, più in generale, della guerra sociale. Rimanendo convinti della sua validità, proseguiremo in continuità con quanto fatto in questi anni, documentando e dando spazio prima di tutto alle azioni e alle convinzioni di chi, mettendosi a rischio in prima persona, realizza concretamente i momenti della lotta rivoluzionaria e dello scontro di classe.

Cosa sono stati questi anni, per noi? I lunghi mesi della mobilitazione contro il regime del 41 bis e l’ergastolo ostativo, intensificatasi e divenuta un movimento di solidarietà internazionale con l’avvio dello sciopero della fame a oltranza da parte di Alfredo Cospito. Le pratiche messe in atto in quel periodo, in particolare le azioni susseguitesi a livello internazionale. Le azioni di sabotaggio portate a termine da entrambi i lati del fronte della guerra fra Russia e NATO contro la macchina di reclutamento e la macelleria sociale nelle zone direttamente colpite dai droni e dai missili e in quelle, per ora, indirettamente interessate dalla guerra combattuta sul campo. Lo smacco della presunta infallibilità israeliana e la resistenza della popolazione palestinese, così come lo sviluppo e il declino di un movimento di solidarietà in cui purtroppo, in larga misura, noi anarchici non siamo intervenuti in maniera lucida e determinante, come il contesto della lotta richiedeva e come richiede tuttora. I compagni tragicamente caduti in azione in Grecia e in Italia, così come tutti quelli di cui non conosciamo le storie e i nomi, ma che continuano, senza compromessi, a dare la propria vita nella lotta contro l’oppressione e lo sfruttamento. Non possiamo evitare il pensiero ineludibile della morte di Sandrone e Sara, e di Kyriakos tempo prima. Se le cose fossero andate diversamente, le circostanze a prima vista straordinarie in cui hanno perso la vita sarebbero state semplicemente parte di “un giorno tra i tanti” nella vita di alcuni anarchici. La straordinarietà di questi compagni non risiede quindi nelle azioni che si apprestavano a compiere, ma nella loro stessa vita: inconcepibile per il potere, i cui cani da guardia hanno brindato sui loro corpi per esorcizzarne la coerenza; insondabile per coloro che in vita li hanno osteggiati, gli stessi che da morti propinano l’ipocrisia del proprio sconforto.

Alla luce, dunque, di quanto finora scritto, ci stiamo impegnando per riportare il sito internet “La Nemesi” di nuovo in funzione altrove, rimanendo come sempre ben al di fuori dei social network. On the Continuity of “La Nemesi”

As is now widely known, the Autistici/Inventati collective has been added to the U.S. government’s “Specially Designated Global Terrorist” list. On 26 August, the U.S. State and Treasury Departments announced that they had initiated the measure and that the related sanctions had taken effect. On 6 September, the collective that managed the platform hosting our website and email account, as well as those of thousands of other individuals, groups and projects, announced its intention to dismantle the entire infrastructure thereby urging us to hastily evacuate whatever remained on noblogs.org and A/I, in compliance with an evidently successful U.S. attack.

Such a repressive assault, and the fact that it is widely accepted — both “movement-wise” and in terms of institutional policy — is highly indicative of modern times. They speak volumes about the subordination of some countries to others and how the unilateral decisions of a single state can suddenly influence groups “operating” on another continent (a matter that should concern everyone for various reasons that we will not list here), about the perimeter of the limited faculties of expression (improperly called “freedoms”) present in advanced Western democracies and the characteristics that these faculties take on in the current context of war. Finally, they also speak volumes about the propensity of various antagonistic factions, beyond their more or less overt complementarity within the institutional framework, to take on potential risks during certain historical periods and the extent to which certain ideas and practices are widely ill-tolerated. The scant — or rather, non-existent — willingness to defend them is also a sign of the times and, unfortunately, comes as no surprise. In light of this episode, we therefore hope that a renewed reflection on the needs and conditions of our publications may begin. We are referring, of course, to the printed form rather than websites like the one we launched four years ago.

We will limit ourselves to what has been said so far, without providing verbose analyses of the current social and political context. Our aim is not to produce an analytical essay, but to inform those interested in the future of the tool we adopted four years ago. As always, the purpose of “La Nemesi” continues to be contributing to the dissemination of texts concerning the conflict against the state and capital. As we wrote some time ago, ours is therefore a kind of “bulletin” of the anarchist revolutionary struggle, and more broadly of the social war. Convinced of its validity, we will continue as we have in recent years, documenting and primarily giving space to the actions and convictions of those who, by putting themselves personally at risk, concretely carry out the stages of the revolutionary struggle and class conflict.

What have these years been like for us? The long months of mobilisation against the “41 bis” regime and life imprisonment without parole intensified and grew into an international solidarity movement with the start of Alfredo Cospito’s hunger strike. The practices implemented during that period, particularly the actions that followed one after another on an international level. The acts of sabotage carried out on both sides of the front line in the war between Russia and NATO, targeting the recruitment machine and the social carnage in areas directly hit by drones and missiles, as well as in places that are, for now, indirectly affected by the war being fought on the ground. The blow to Israeli infallibility and the resistance of the Palestinian population, as well as the rise and fall of a solidarity movement in which we anarchists largely failed to intervene in a clearheaded and decisive manner, as the context of the struggle demanded and continues to demand. The comrades who tragically fell in action in Greece and Italy, as well as all those whose names and stories we do not know, but who continue to give their lives without compromise in the struggle against oppression and exploitation. We cannot avoid the inescapable thought about the deaths of Sandrone and Sara, as well as Kyriakos, who died some time before them. Had things gone differently, the circumstances, extraordinary at first glance, in which they lost their lives would have simply been part of “a day like any other” in the lives of some anarchists. Therefore, these comrades' extraordinary nature does not lie in the actions they were about to carry out, but in their very lives: Inconceivable to power, whose watchdogs rejoiced over their bodies in an attempt to exorcise their integrity; unfathomable to those who hindered them in life — the same people who are now peddling the hypocrisy of their grief.

In light of what has been written so far, we are committed to getting the “La Nemesi” website back up and running elsewhere while, as always, staying far away from social media.
