Reform UK leader in Wales Helen Jenner wanted to know when the Welsh government would act to ban mobile phones in schools as England has done.
FM Rhun ap Iorwerth said his government wanted to act quickly and not be delayed by having to bring legislation forward.
Welsh Labour leader Ken Skates opposed the BBC’s proposed cuts to services in Wales and said there was radio silence from the Welsh government on the issue.
Mr ap Iorwerth said the cuts to the BBC imposed by its London board were precisely why broadcasting should be devolved to Wales.
Welsh Conservative Party leader Darren Millar was concerned about the £600 million paid out by the Welsh NHS in clinical negligence and personal injury claims over the past five years.
The FM agreed that is money that is lost from the front line but said behind every compensation claim somebody has suffered a loss of some sort.
