Ireland's football team bows during Israeli anthem in protest of Gaza genocide

During the Israel-Ireland Nations League match, players from the Republic of Ireland football team donned black armbands to pay tribute to the dead in the Gaza genocide, and bowed their heads during the Israeli national anthem.

Additionally, the Irish captain did not shake his Israeli counterpart's hand neither at the opening or final whistle. Ireland ultimately beat Israel 3-0.
