Daniela is still in the Vechta JVA, we don't know how long she will be there and when she will be moved to Frankfurt.

It depends on a decision of the Higher Regional Court (OLG) Frankfurt, August 8th.

Criminal Senate, when the indictment, which was sent by the Federal Prosecutor's Office to the Higher Regional Court at the end of March, will be admitted for further trial in Frankfurt.

September 2026 at 2 p.m. Vechta, Franziskanerplatz/Kleine Kirchstraße Daniela Klette, who lived illegally for well over 30 years, was brought to the Vechta JVA in Berlin after her arrest at the end of February 2024.

There she was in individual isolation for the first seven weeks, which meant that the cell was under video surveillance for 24 hours, a metal screen was installed in front of the window so that no sunlight penetrated the cell, individual courtyard access, and no contact with other prisoners.

This is torture!

Only through public relations such as

B. the first two rallies in March and April 2024, the conditions of detention for Daniela were relaxed.

Since then she has had “normal” prison conditions.

On the 27th

In May 2026, Daniela was sentenced to 13 years by the Verden regional court - in the first trial for eight fundraising campaigns.

Daniela's defense attorneys and the public prosecutor's office have filed an appeal.

A second trial against Daniela will take place before the Frankfurt/M Higher Regional Court.

The indictment of the Federal Prosecutor's Office (BAW), among other things, for two actions by the Red Army Faction (RAF) in 1991 and 1993 and a third by a fighting unit in 1990, in which, according to the BAW, Daniela was allegedly involved, will be approved by the Higher Regional Court in the next few months.

It is currently not possible to predict when the process will begin.

In any case, Daniela will be moved to Frankfurt before the trial begins.

In the Frankfurt-Preungesheim women's prison, the prison conditions are worse than in Vechta, e.g.
