Rally for solidarity support because of Day x 23 court case on September 17th. in front of the Leipzig district court at 9 a.m

  On September 3rd He refused to attend the trial because the repression is wearing down and it serves to legitimize the cops' legal bridge. In juvenile criminal law, one's political stance is also denied and acquittals are almost impossible.

The cops escalated the rally when they pulled the first cauldron at around 4 p.m. and threatened demonstrators with violence if they wanted to leave the cauldron. It was a tense atmosphere. The cops stood in the chain with batons and pepper spray in their hands. The cops filmed the crowd and banned slogans like “free Lina” and masking over loudspeakers. From 5 p.m. onwards, the speeches were drowned out while the rally was going on. Half an hour later, the operations manager broke up the demonstration. Then the lauti was attacked by cops. A group of demonstrators had to argue for several minutes in order to be able to leave the cauldron, even though it was said over the loudspeaker that people could leave. Meanwhile, further up the chain, the comrade saw cops bludgeoning demonstrators. Before that it was already clear that all demonstrators could be accused of a serious breach of the peace because the cops in the loudspeaker tub moved in line at around 5:25 p.m. and thereby revealed that they were planning to do so. The head of operations had also made it clear in advance through the media that he would not allow a demonstration to take place, even though the freedom of assembly also applies in Leipzig was approved by the court. The cops wanted to see their narrative confirmed by escalating and blaming the demonstrators for the violence.

The cops said over the loudspeaker that you are not allowed to shout slogans from the cauldron because you are a gathering and gatherings are forbidden. The parents were not allowed to see the children. At half past one in the night, cop students (recognizable by the blue star and were extremely nervous) came as a night exercise and were there with signs and no one recognized that the kettle was illegal and that they were abusing strangers for their training. Went off after half an hour. Later, the new operations manager came with a clipboard and a group of BFEers each to pick off 4 random anti-fascists in order to criminalize them as alleged leaders. At around 4 a.m. the comrade was pulled out of the cauldron and after the processing line he stood in line in front of the Gesa transporter where the cop who was holding him by the arm told another cop who was walking past in a group that he thought he was a woman. This was transphobic because his male identity was questioned and misogynistic because women were devalued and insulted. He turned to the other cop who said he should sort it out himself. 

We demand that the comrade's supervisory complaint against the cop be pursued. All cops in every federal state must take part in training that explains gender-equitable treatment of trans* and women. 

That the operations manager is summoned as a witness and takes responsibility for the boiler. 

All defendants will be acquitted!

Coming on September 17th. at 9 a.m. to the Leipzig District Court to demonstrate in solidarity against transphobia and misogyny, against police violence and the undignified conditions in the Kessel!

The hearing will not take place in public, but we still want to hold a rally in front of the court.
