The blockade is breaking – the barricades remain

What a day!

Today around 3:30 p.m. we tried to finally bring food into the house and at the same time ensure that the residents could leave the house. Because as is well known: There is no eviction notice. As long as this is not available, access must be guaranteed.

However, the Secus were anything but cooperative. Within an hour, four police cars were at the door again. Together with a lawyer who showed solidarity and Vasili Franco as a parliamentary observer, we finally made it: With great camera surveillance, the blockade was broken shortly after 7 p.m. and food was allowed into the house. 

People from the house are still not allowed to return, and they are also forbidden from giving out things. The situation means that several people are currently homeless.

That's why the following still applies: Come by! The vigil now also has benches and a pavilion that have brought people from the neighborhood in solidarity. Come by, support us – because something is moving.
