US District Judge Timothy Kelly ordered the White House to “immediately return, reinstate, and restore” the three outlets’ access.

ETHIOPIA: Ethiopia’s government and the party in control of the northern region of Tigray have accused each other of launching offensives.

Getachew Reda, a cabinet minister and adviser to Ethiopia’s prime minister, said Tigrayan fighters had taken control of federally administered airports in Tigray and launched offensives in neighbouring Afar and Amhara regions.

The Tigrayan authorities said they were entering a “defensive war.”

OCCUPIED WEST BANK: The son of Israel’s ambassador to the United States was gravely injured in a ramming attack in the occupied West Bank on Wednesday.

Neria Leiter, a reservist in Israel’s military, “needs a miracle,” ambassador Yechiel Leiter said in a social media post.

According to the military and law enforcement, a Palestinian man rammed his car into a security checkpoint Wednesday afternoon near the settlement of Beit Horon.

PAKISTAN: Pakistan said it carried out air strikes early today on 10 sites in Afghanistan that it said were used to launch drone attacks against Pakistan a day earlier.

The air strikes struck southern and eastern Afghan provinces of Kandahar, Paktia and Khost, killing four civilians, Afghan government spokesperson Zabihullah Mujahid said in a statement.

“These shameless acts of aggression and attacks by the Pakistani military regime will be met with an appropriate response,” he said.
