Houthi affiliated media is reporting air strikes targeting the Hamdan district in Sanaa.

Military spokesman Yahya Saree said 12 people, including six children, were killed in Saudi strikes in Yemen on Wednesday, most in Taiz province.

Saudi Arabia carried out 104 air strikes and missile attacks in Sanaa, Al-Jawf, Al-Bayda, Saada, Amran, Marib, Taiz and Lahij, the Ansar Allah spokesperson said.

Meanwhile, Al Jazeera reports clashes between government forces and the Houthis on the al-Maqatra front, in the Lahij governorate.

According to the report, government forces claim to have “neutralised” military vehicles and personnel in the skirmishes.

Al Jazeera also reports an escalating humanitarian crisis in Taiz, where civilians are dying as a result of shelling and the ongoing siege.
