US news outlet releases images of 'destruction' at US base in Kuwait
An American news outlet, MeidasNews, has published what it describes as exclusive images showing the extent of damage caused by Iranian strikes on a US base in Kuwait.
It said that based on "what we have reviewed, the destruction is severe".
The MeidasNews said that several structures at the base appear to "have been completely destroyed, with everything surrounding them levelled as well".
"What were once functioning structures are now flattened, with debris scattered across the surrounding area," it added.

Structures were leveled, the airfield was destroyed, and a bunker built to shelter U.S. troops from incoming attacks took a direct drone hit.
