Trump says US, Iranian officials met for three hours at UN

US President Donald Trump told reporters at the United Nations that US officials had a "productive" three-hour meeting on Tuesday with the Iranian delegation.

"They had a very good meeting, a very productive meeting," Trump told reporters, adding that "they have another one scheduled in the very near future."

This comes hours after he threatened to "annihilate" Iran and drive it "into hell" if the country doesn't make a deal to end the war.
