Saudi-led coalition says it intercepted Houthi drone south of Mecca

The spokesperson for the Saudi-led coalition forces in Yemen said that Saudi Royal Air Defence Forces have intercepted a drone launched by the Houthis south of Mecca.

Turki al-Malki said in a statement that this was the second Houthi attempt at targeting the holy city's airspace, adding that the coalition forces will not hesitate to take all necessary measures against the Houthis.
