21, including five children, killed in Gaza building collapse

21 people, including five children, have been killed after an apartment building collapsed from damage sustained in earlier Israeli strikes, Gaza authorities reported on Wednesday.

The six-storey building, which had four apartments per floor and was housing at least 100 displaced people, crumbled overnight onto nearby homes and tents in the Tal al-Hawa area of Gaza City, according to the civil defence agency.
