More and more (especially right-wing and police) attacks on journalists and press freedom

"... Attacks from the right on media representatives are increasing in Germany. (...) there is a "frightening level of hatred" towards journalists, photographers and cameramen. "Reporters Without Borders" expects that the number of violent attacks in 2018 has increased significantly compared to previous years. According to the European Center for Press and Media Freedom, there have already been 22 physical attacks on journalists this year by mid-September. Tobias Wolf, reporter for the "Sächsische Zeitung", reports on the xenophobic "Pegida" movement since its beginnings in 2015. In August he was also on site in Chemnitz. Bottles were thrown at Wolf there (...) "Today, as a journalist in Dresden who reports on 'Pegida', you have to expect to be attacked by a dear grandma on the tram."..."
