Ladies and Gentlemen

I am contacting you with an urgent addition to the ongoing investigation into bodily harm in office (ref. BY0118-500821-26/3). There is undoubtedly a serious, ongoing case of illegal witness influence, abuse of power and psychological pressure on my family by officers from the Hilpoltstein police station.

I hereby report two targeted, unreported incidents in our accommodation (GU Greding):

1. The first incident (exact dates): On August 28, 2026 at approximately 3:00 p.m. A Hilpoltstein police patrol car appeared at the accommodation while I was away. The officers subjected my son to improper questioning. They falsely claimed that I had filed a complaint because I and my son had allegedly been attacked and threatened by a person named "Suat." Despite my son's explanation that this was not true, the officers continued the questioning.

2. The second incident: Today, September 9th, 2026, at approximately 6:00 p.m. (± 5-10 minutes). Two officers from PI Hilpoltstein appeared again. The officers were on duty and wore uniforms. They first contradictorily claimed that I had filed an assault charge. When this was denied, they immediately made up a new pretext and claimed that my son had filed a complaint about alleged drug dealing at the property.

Particularly serious: I clearly recognized one of the two people present (female police officers in uniform) as one of the perpetrators who was directly involved in my severe mistreatment (cranial brain injury, hand injury) by the Hilpoltstein police. When I confronted them directly in the presence of witnesses and asked: "Don't you recognize me?", the officers were visibly frightened and fled the accommodation.

Missing logging (proof of illegality): An immediate check of the service book (guard book) at the security service of GU Greding on the evening of September 9th, 2026 revealed that there are no records of any of these two police visits (neither on August 28th, 2026 nor on September 9th, 2026). The uniformed officers entered the accommodation without official orders and refused to register.

I demand: The identity of the uniformed officers deployed on August 28th, 2026 (approx. 3:00 p.m.) and on September 9th, 2026 (approx. 6:00 p.m.) be determined using the vehicle's own GPS data from PI Hilpoltstein. To initiate immediate criminal investigations due to witness influence in office (§ 258 StGB). To issue urgent protection status for my family from PI Hilpoltstein.
