In connection with the hunt for Daniel V., which was accompanied by the agitation of various media, there was a major police operation in and around the Hambacher Forest on Sunday, September 6th, 2026.

Around midday, the police initially surrounded the forest and the meadow camp. The spineless thugs then searched the forest from east to west more badly than well.

In the course of this, the cops tried to look into tree houses with the help of drones, sometimes they just stood under tree houses and called up to see if anyone was answering.

When structures were occupied, the police seemed overwhelmed and tried to persuade the masked people on high to climb down and identify themselves. This suggestion was rejected, and after a short siege the cops called off the operation and left.

Most ground structures such as tents, caravans and huts were subjected to a cursory search.

The cops certainly also entered unoccupied stilt houses. To our knowledge, there were no arrests.

In the context of the hunt for Daniel V. and the accompanying media campaign there was a large-scale police operation in and around the Hambacher Forest on Sunday, September 6, 2026.

Around noon police surrounded Forest and Meadow. After that the spineless cops halfheartedly searched the forest going from east to west. While doing so, they tried to look into treehouses using drones. At times the cops were just standing underneath treehouses and shouted up to see if someone would respond. Occupied structures seemed to be more than they could handle, so they resorted to trying to convince the masked up people to come down and identify themselves. This request was rejected and after a short siege police aborted their operation and left.

Most ground structures like tents, caravans and cabins were superficially searched. Also structures which were both unoccupied and accessible by ladder were entered by the cops.

As far as we know there were no arrests.
