The numerous demonstrations and actions against the preparation for war in Europe and against the genocide in Gaza have brought the law enforcement authorities into action. They want to prevent the spark of disputes from spreading to the majority of the population. In the tense situation of the Ukrainian war and genocide in Palestine, they are in the process of stifling or breaking all human behavior, expression and criticism against their wars and genocides. And to silence and disappear behind thick concrete walls in prison forever.

For the profit of the super-rich, we workers, marginal and precarious workers should produce and transport weapons. Ultimately, we will be used as cannon fodder against our kind on the front lines for the capitalists. "Make the imperial war a social war. We don't shoot workers." (Disarm Rheinmetall) Everywhere government spending is being radically cut and military spending is being massively increased in the name of war preparations. This puts more and more people under pressure in their everyday lives and drives entire sections of the population into poverty. Social and police repression forms the basis for this. Western democracies are increasingly turning into dictatorships.

But if we were so powerless and seemingly unable to achieve anything, why do they have to deploy their entire repressive machine against us and tighten the laws against us? Why are people who stand up for a life different from that dictated by competition and profit maximization criminalized? Why are those who refuse to participate in their wars and thereby undermine society's approval of the genocides fought as internal enemies? Why do they fear the coming together of social and anti-militarist protests, the global Palestine movement, anti-fascists and climate activists and so on? We find it important to put the massive attacks against us in context so that we can defend ourselves together against what will ultimately derail their plans.

Our goal is to show, together with prisoners, relatives, relatives and friends and those who courageously oppose repression and wars, that commonalities are more important for our survival than constantly emphasizing what divides us! Counterpublicity and resistance are particularly necessary to protect our prisoners and ourselves. This strengthens us all when activities continue in the knowledge that no one is left alone outside or in prison. The fear of repression also disappears if we stick together and fight for an emancipated society freed from patriarchy against NATO, the state and capital. To do this, we want to relate to each other, stop genocides and wars and fight for the discontinuation of political proceedings, witness summonses and sanctions.

With the event we would like to bring different people together, exchange ideas, share experiences, network and find out how we can counter increasing repression and preparations for war together. We have invited relatives, friends and activists from the show trials against the “Ulm5”, the trial against Daniela Klette and the German Antifa trial as well as the repressive developments in Switzerland.

Crow, Daniel, Leandra, Zo and Vi are still in custody since their action against Elbit Systems Germany in September 2025. While the war criminals against humanity walk around freely, can continue their genocides with impunity and blatantly threaten to exterminate entire peoples. In prison and during the ongoing trial, the “Ulm5” are confronted with massive human rights violations. These young people from various European countries, who fought resolutely against the genocide, are on trial today in Stuttgart Stammheim and are to be sentenced to long prison terms in a show trial to deter everyone. This is reported.

We also report on Daniela Klette, who, as an alleged member of the Red Army Faction (RAF), is threatened with another show trial before the Higher Regional Court (OLG) in Frankfurt am Main, according to the indictment from the Federal Prosecutor's Office (BAW). It should be attacked as a representative of the history of fundamental resistance in the Federal Republic of Germany, which is closely linked to their lives, as well as to our lives. Daniela Klette wrote that it will be important to “do everything we can to prevent World War III and what it brings with it in advance.”

In Switzerland, people were publicly wanted by the police because of their mere participation in a Palestine demonstration in Bern in October 2025. After years of occupation, the Gisi in Winterthur is in the crosshairs of eviction because there should no longer be self-determined places for young people. This is also evident in the eviction of ZACK in Basel, where old and young people came together in the area.

Dock workers who refuse to load war materials in Western Europe today are being sanctioned, as are university students who are protesting against the genocide. In France and Germany, students are demonstrating against the revival of compulsory military service and are being criminalized for it. Journalists and people who express the wrong opinion end up on the European Union's sanctions lists. But let us not forget that every war on the “home front” is decided by the struggle for the hearts and minds of the people! This is what the story of the First World War (the stab in the back legend) as well as the war in Vietnam and Afghanistan teaches us. It is not for nothing that compulsory military service has been replaced by a professional army in many Western countries. War efforts need social satisfaction and a social consensus. In the military era, it is our task to put up a united resistance in advance.

Pastor Niemöller was a convinced anti-communist and sympathized with the Nazis. In 1937 he was arrested and taken to a concentration camp. After the war he wrote:

«When the Nazis brought in the communists, I remained silent; I wasn't a communist.

When they brought the trade unionists, I was silent; I wasn't a trade unionist.

When they locked up the Social Democrats, I remained silent; I wasn't a social democrat.

When they locked up the Jews, I remained silent; I wasn't Jewish.

When they took me, there was no one left to protest."
