Claiming Responsibility for Barr Engineering Attack in Duluth, MN

Early Thursday morning on Aug 6th, the Barr Engineering building in Duluth, MN was infiltrated, ransacked, and devastated.

Barr Engineering is an outfit of extractive industry sycophants who enable companies to make fortunes harming the planet by acting out a pageant of "remediation" whenever the damage is too public.

Barr Engineering is another thin coat of green on some of the most egregiously green-washed corporations like Enbridge and Rio Tinto. If co-signing this destruction wasn't bad enough, they also suck at their jobs. They made frac-outs worse and covered breached aquifers in concrete throughout Enbridge's Line 3 Project and will continue to elaborate on the damage of the Line 5 Project Enbridge is currently doing in Wisconsin and Michigan.

As punishment, we did THE COOLEST THING EVER:

We entered through a window, assembled incindiary devices in the offices, and wished for the best. But we also plan for the worst, (device failure, sprinkles, etc.) so we obliterated as much of their fancy tech, shiny tools, and windows as we could with hammers before leaving.

If the land YOU care for has been forfeited to the tender mercies of a datacenter, or mine, or pipeline, appreciate that these dark plots were concieved in fragile flammable offices just like Barr, and do THE COOLEST THING EVER about it.
